This project provides medium density, affordable houses. Affordabiltiy is a foundation of sustainability -a house can't be sustainable if only a select few can afford to live in it.

A long, narrow site leads to the danger of a row of nasty little boxes. Variation of form and materials help fight this, but careful design of landscape and framing the driveway as a street will make this a place for living in rather than another product.
