The Urban Land Development Authority had a difficult lot near the future bus/rail interchange at Fitzgibbon Chase (a project they developed themselves). The project was aimed at exploring a range of housing options for the site.

The now usual range of technological responses for reducing energy use, water use, etc were discussed, but sustainability here is based on "heads on pillows": homes that are affordable and easy to live in.
